Easy Beef Teriyaki
Mexican Meatloaf
2lbs ground beef
2 c. crushed corn chips1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. salsa
2 eggs beaten
4 tbs. taco seasoning
Combine ingredients. Shape into loaf and put in crock pot for 8-10 hours on low
Glaze:
Mix 1/2 c. ketchup, 2tbs brown sugar, 1 tsp. dry mustard. Spread over meatloaf and cook on high 15 minutes.
